To celebrate the energy and cultural momentum of the Formula 1 season, CAPITAL-e partnered with THE ICONIC to deliver an immersive retail activation in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Designed as a bold brand moment, the experience brought THE ICONIC’s digital-first identity into a physical environment, connecting with customers in a way that felt timely, relevant and distinctly on-brand.
Developed in close collaboration with THE ICONIC team, the activation was built to engage both customers and brand partners through creative storytelling, curated product moments and a space that captured the speed, style and excitement of race season.
Designing for Impact, Energy and Engagement
Over two days, the activation transformed into a high-energy hub that drew in foot traffic and encouraged exploration. The space featured bold visual design, striking brand moments and curated product storytelling that reflected key trends and collections aligned with the Formula 1 theme.
A central focus of the experience was THE ICONIC’s newly launched loyalty platform, Front Row. The activation provided customers with a tangible way to engage with the program, bringing its benefits to life through interactive touchpoints and creating deeper, more meaningful brand connections.

The result was a dynamic and culturally relevant brand experience that blended retail, storytelling and live engagement with over 2,000 customers through the space within the 2 days. By creating a space where customers could interact with the brand beyond the screen, THE ICONIC reinforced its position at the intersection of fashion, culture and customer experience. CAPITAL-e delivered end-to-end support across creative ideation, design, production and onsite execution, ensuring a seamless activation that resonated with audiences and delivered impact both in-person and beyond.
