Sensitive Information has the same meaning given under section 6 of the Privacy Act.

1.2 Sensitive Information
We may need to collect Sensitive Information about you so that we can provide particular services to you, such as information about your race and ethnic origin, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union.

2.2 Collection of information during employment applications
In addition, when you apply for a job or position with us we may collect certain information from you (including your name, contact details, working history and relevant records checks) from any recruitment consultant, your previous employers and others who may be able to provide information to us to assist in our decision on whether or not to make you an offer of employment or engage you under a contract. This Privacy Policy does not apply to acts and practices in relation to employee records of our current and former employees, which are exempt from the Privacy Act.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties including law enforcement, government entities, payment service providers, authorised representatives, market research providers, information service and analytics providers such as Google Analytics and referees or previous employers in employment applications. 4 Why do we collect, use and disclose personal information?
4.1 Primary purpose

5 Do we use your personal information for direct marketing?
We and/or our carefully selected business partners may send you direct marketing communications and information about our services and/ or products. The marketing content includes but not limited to our latest events, deals and promotions and invitation to special events. This may take the form of emails, SMS, mail or other forms of communication, in accordance with the Spam Act and the Privacy Act. You may opt-out of receiving marketing materials from us by contacting us using the details set out below or by using the opt-out facilities provided (e.g. an unsubscribe link).
6 To whom do we disclose your personal information?
We may disclose Personal Information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to:
our employees and related bodies corporate;
third party suppliers and service providers (including providers for the operation of our websites and/or our business or in connection with providing our products and services to you);
professional advisers, dealers and agents;
payment systems operators (eg merchants receiving card payments);
our existing or potential agents, business partners or partners;
our sponsors or promoters of any competition or surveys that we conduct via our services;
anyone to whom our assets or businesses (or any part of them) are or may be transferred;

7 Disclosure of personal information outside Australia
We may disclose your Personal Information outside of Australia to third party suppliers, service providers and/ or cloud providers located in New Zealand, the United States, Asia and elsewhere.
We will only disclose your Personal Information to these overseas recipients in connection with the performance of services between you and us and/or to enable the performance of administrative and technical services by them on our behalf.
When you provide your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia or outside of the country where you reside. Unless we have your consent, or an exception under the APPs applies, we will only disclose your Personal Information to overseas recipients where we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the APPs in relation to your Personal Information.
8 Using our website and cookies
While we do not use browsing information to identify you personally, we may record certain information about your use of our website, such as which pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the internet protocol address assigned to your computer.

We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time. 13 Children
This website is directed toward and designed for use by persons aged 16 or older. We do not intend to collect Personal Information from children under 16 years of age, except on some sites specifically directed at children or consent received from the custodians.
We protect the Personal Information of children along with the necessary custodian consent in the same manner as we protect the Personal Information of adults.
