Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, set out to strengthen its presence in key global markets, including Singapore. The objective was to build brand awareness, generate and accelerate pipeline and bookings, and create an opportunity for customers to connect directly with Braze executives while exploring the wider ecosystem of partners and products.

To support this growth strategy, Braze engaged CAPITAL-e to lead the delivery of City x City Singapore, part of Braze’s global roadshow series showcasing how leading brands stay ahead through exceptional customer engagement.

Designing for Brand, Connection and Content

CAPITAL-e planned and executed an immersive end-to-end event experience that brought the Braze brand to life while supporting meaningful engagement between attendees, executives and partners.

The event featured a keynote program delivered in a main plenary space, supported by breakout sessions designed to share practical insights and regional success stories. An exhibition area included five sponsors alongside a dedicated Braze booth, creating a central hub for networking and product exploration.

Across all touchpoints from registration to wayfinding and onsite signage CAPITAL-e ensured consistent and polished branding that strengthened the overall experience and reinforced Braze’s positioning as an industry leader.

Outstanding Results and Attendee Satisfaction

City x City Singapore delivered strong outcomes against Braze’s objectives, supporting pipeline momentum and creating a premium platform for customer and partner connection.

Post-event surveys reflected overwhelming success, with 98% of surveyed attendees reporting satisfaction or high satisfaction as of 30 October 2023. The result was a standout Singapore event that elevated the Braze brand, strengthened relationships and created clear momentum for future City x City events globally.
