Held in August 2022, OSF Digital partners with CAPITAL-e to host their first ever Days of Excellence Event in Australia. For the first time this event brings together Global Leaders, Managers, C-Level Executives&nbsp;to collaborate, learn and connect.&nbsp;&nbsp;Hosted by Domic Stow, the 150 guests were treated to a jam-packed afternoon of talks from OSF Digital and panel&nbsp;speakers&nbsp;from Ellipsis, TWP, Salesforce, Matecash, OFX, Mediaworks and many others.&nbsp;A highly successful event, the attendees were also treated to a custom designed experience lounge, private cocktail function which was followed by an exclusive Sydney Harbour Cruise and visit to Taronga Zoo the following day. One of the key highlights&nbsp;for the overseas&nbsp;attendees.&nbsp;LinkedIn was flooded&nbsp;with staff, customers and partners thanking them for such a wonderful event in Sydney.

Reimagining an iconic venue with Twilio

Still on Cloud 9 after the best few days last week.

Held in May 2022, Twilio partnered with&nbsp;CAPITAL-e to put on their annual flagship event at The Ivy, Sydney. Twilio RED&nbsp;(Reimagining Engagement Digitally)&nbsp;brings together 350+ developers, product leaders and visionaries to discuss the future of customer engagement, technology, innovation, and communications.&nbsp; Featuring&nbsp;founder and entrepreneur&nbsp;Janine Allis and&nbsp;David Thodey, Chair of Tyro Payments and Xero, along with speakers from&nbsp;ANZ Bank, Origin Energy and NRMA, this&nbsp;jam-packed&nbsp;event included customer panels along with an immersive&nbsp;and&nbsp;fun-filled activation area. Nicknamed 'Child's Play', The Ivy was transformed into an oversized toy store (think 'Big' with Tom Hanks) with each of the five activations custom designed and produced to incorporate Twilio's latest technology developments. A hugely successful event, LinkedIn was flooded&nbsp;with staff, customers and partners full of praise for being a part of an event that inspired a diverse range of some very talented people and represented a brand with so much to offer.&nbsp; Other event deliverables&nbsp;included venue management, catering, creative, registration, audio visual, signage&nbsp;and entertainment.&nbsp;

Requiring end-to-end support across event planning and strategy, project management, communications, and onsite execution, Grafana Labs collaborated closely with the team at CAPITAL-e. The CAPITAL-e team plugged in exactly where we needed them. Our whole team has been so impressed to see them successfully stage this event in Canada. It’s great to know that they have the capability to deliver events outside of Australia and APAC.

Uniting over 600 staff from more than 40 countries across 6 continents, Grafanafest delivered a connected ‘village’ vibe to the event, with everything and everyone within walking distance.&nbsp;Grafana Labs, renowned for providing an open and composable monitoring and observability stack built around Grafana, the leading open source technology for dashboards and visualisation, organised this remarkable gathering.&nbsp;&nbsp;Despite the challenges of the pandemic, which prevented the global team from gathering in person since 2019, Grafana Labs continued to flourish. Throughout this period, the company's workforce expanded from 50 to over 700 employees. Over these years, the fully remote business sought an opportunity to unite all its employees, determined to find a way to bring the growing team together in one location.

Creating a sustainable summit for GoTo

Deel officially launched in Aotearoa New Zealand! Their concept: Hire anyone, anywhere!&nbsp;With more than 20% of NZ’s working population based overseas there is a huge opportunity to bring Deel to NZ. CAPITAL-e helped bring their vision to life with a fun filled evening of food, drink and networking.&nbsp;Together with CAPITAL-e, the entire Deel team hosted almost 100 NZ customers, media and partners for an intimate afternoon at the Annex, Auckland CBD. Guests were welcomed with a quintessential New Zealand ‘van life’ camp set up they could interact with while imagining themselves living it up in the ‘Deel Mobeel’, working from wherever! It was a pleasure to work with the team at Deel and we are looking forward to future events.&nbsp;

PayPal gets a 360 view of Sydney

Hosted by&nbsp;Tara Rushton,&nbsp;Australian sports journalist and host for Network 10,&nbsp;the 150 guests were treated to an intimate discussion&nbsp;with guest speaker Ash Barty. The sporting superstar revealed her insights into how to build a successful team, learn from challenges, and how mindset changes everything.&nbsp;Other speakers included&nbsp;Edwin Aoki CTO of PayPal's Blockchain,&nbsp;Peggy Alford&nbsp;PayPal EVP, Global Sales, Cameron McLean&nbsp;PayPal SVP, Europe and Australia, Caroline Bowler BT Markets CEO and many more.&nbsp;With spectacular views over Sydney Harbour, guests were invited to experience the MCA like never before with an exclusive private viewing of the level 2 gallery, showcasing 'Perspective on Place' exhibition, followed by a post event networking function in the Quayside&nbsp;Room overlooking Circular Quay.

Salesforce partner and growing data insights and analytics solutions company, Irada, partnered with CAPITAL-e to develop its new brand identity, website and digital assets to grow its market share while simplifying its online user experience.&nbsp;The CAPITAL-e creative, content and web development team worked closely with Irada to understand its audience personas and pain points and designed journeys and flows to suit their needs. Since completion in June 2022 the site has already experienced a 260% increase in time on page in the first few weeks and has generated more enquiries.&nbsp;The website has been celebrated with impressive feedback from users and the client and we look forward to creating a suite of digital assets including videos, digital campaigns and case studies and further building prosperous relationships within the CAPITAL-e and Salesforce ecosystems. &nbsp;

Held in October 2022, Trend Micro partnered with CAPITAL-e to put on their annual CLOUDSEC event at the Hilton Hotel, Sydney. CLOUDSEC 2022 brings together 200+ CISOs, Information Technology Managers, Cyber Security Managers, Security Analysts and Cyber Security Engineers. &nbsp;This action packed day agenda included keynotes from distinguished thought leaders, breakout sessions, a solution showcase exhibition, hands-on labs and an exclusive VIP luncheon. With 15 sessions CAPITAL-e were tasked to deliver and executive venue logistics, catering, sponsorship, exhibition builds, signage and audio visual.

From offering sustainable SWAG to utilising recyclable print materials and digital signage, we minimised our environmental impact. Partnering with Ivy for waste removal and composting allowed us to further reduce our carbon footprint. Our eco-conscious approach aligned with LinkedIn's values and resonated with attendees who appreciated the effort.

Sustainability at the Forefront

LinkedIn partnered with CAPITAL-e to produce our first Australian event post-pandemic, and it was a fantastic collaboration! The team quickly grasped our objectives, demonstrating creativity and professionalism while maintaining regular communication throughout the planning process and nurturing all new and existing stakeholder relationships. Our event was flawlessly executed, delivering an inspiring experience that met and exceeded all expectations.

LinkedIn enlisted our team to host an exceptional event in Sydney called LinkedIn Forward. The event was specifically designed to create value for 300 ANZ and selected APAC customers and prospects, with a primary focus on HR and L&amp;D professionals. Through keynote sessions, specialised breakouts, and executive engagements, our goal was to foster relationships and deliver an unforgettable experience.

Attendees were treated to a wealth of valuable learning and networking experiences through expertly coordinated sessions and breakouts. We implemented innovative practices to elevate the event experience, securing a distinctive non-hotel space in the CBD that provided a refreshing departure from traditional event venues. Our interactive data insights reports captivated the audience, delivering information in a way that was both accessible and engaging. In addition, we transformed 'LinkedIn Forward' into a symbol of the brand's aesthetics, garnering recognition and adoption by the global team.

Unlocking Opportunities: Valuable Learning and Networking

The event yielded remarkable results, far surpassing our initial goals. We received an overwhelming 958 registrations, and the show rate based on pre-event registrations was an impressive 85%. The event's Net Promoter Score (NPS) reached an outstanding 70, demonstrating a high level of attendee satisfaction. The Confidence Index also soared to an impressive 90%. Furthermore, 85% of attendees confirmed that they gained a better understanding of LinkedIn through their participation, exceeding our target of 300 attendees and ultimately reaching 450 participants. The comprehensive event program at The Ivy Sydney offered a multitude of engaging opportunities, including registration, conference sessions, breakout sessions, LinkedIn Lounge, activations, guest speakers, entertainment, and networking.

At CAPITAL-e, we were thrilled to collaborate again with Twilio for the 2023 Customer Show in Melbourne. Our efforts resulted in an unforgettable event that left a lasting impression on the 2,500+ delegates in attendance.&nbsp;At the Twilio booth, we designed a visually striking 4-meter hanging signage that stood out from afar. We also incorporated the enticing aroma of locally sourced Melbourne coffee beans at the Twilio coffee cart and freshly baked doughnuts for attendees to enjoy.&nbsp;To drive engagement, we created the interactive activity 'Smash the Cookies' at the booth, where delegates tested their skills and reflexes. The highest scorer won a pair of Apple AirPods, courtesy of Twilio.&nbsp;Additionally, Twilio hosted a memorable evening for 50 VIP guests, featuring drinks, nibbles, and a round of putt-putt golf at Melbourne Crown Holey Moley.&nbsp;Our collaboration with Twilio resulted in a successful event that showcased their brand and strengthened connections with partners and clients.

Woolworths and Google Cloud collaborated on a remarkable activation to commemorate their partnership. The objective was to create a functional and inspiring space that would transform the way Woolworths employees approached work using G Suite. To achieve this, a custom shipping-style container was designed and built, serving as both a meeting space and a platform to showcase Google Chrome products. Placed prominently in the building's foyer, the container provided Woolworths employees with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the Google Cloud experience, encouraging them to think differently and work more effectively with innovative tools.&nbsp;The activation successfully captivated Woolworths employees, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking. By engaging with the container's interactive displays and collaborative workspaces, employees gained a firsthand understanding of the potential of G Suite, driving innovation and enhancing productivity within the organisation. A night of Burlesque for a good cause

The Aurora Ball, a cherished annual fundraising event, is organised by the Aurora Group, a non-profit charity committed to providing support and advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community and marginalised individuals across New South Wales and Australia. In 2023, the much-anticipated Aurora Ball - themed "Welcome to Burlesque" - delivered a mesmerising night filled with exceptional performances by community members and heartfelt speeches, including a moving address by one of the esteemed Aurora Founders, 78er Robyn Laverack. The event was a triumph, as attendees enthusiastically participated in a raffle, auction, and generous donations, culminating in an impressive total of $250,000 raised for the Amplified Pride Fund, thus significantly benefiting the LGBTQIA+ community.

The 2023 Aurora Ball exemplified the power of unity and compassion, bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to celebrate and support a shared cause. Throughout the evening, the vibrant spirit of inclusivity and acceptance prevailed, reinforcing the Aurora Group's dedication to fostering a society where all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or identity, feel safe, valued, and empowered. Seamless Brand Integration: Elevating VeeamON Tour 2023

In August 2023, Veeam partnered with CAPITAL-e to host the highly anticipated VeeamOn Tour 2023 at Sydney's prestigious Winx Stand, nestled within Royal Randwick. This flagship event brought together over 550 attendees, attracted support from 16 prominent sponsors and featured an extensive lineup of 18 specialised sessions tailored to the ever-evolving needs of the ANZ Technology Industry.&nbsp;

You made the event last week the success that it was. From the WIP’s each week to onsite you all were a dream to work with.     The feedback we have received from sponsors and staff has been amazing and our VP of Sales even called it the best VeeamON Tour EVER.

Attendees were treated to a dynamic agenda, including a keynote session hosted by John Wood, insights from 32 expert speakers across four breakout rooms, and an engaging exhibition hall filled with interactive experiences. Exclusive events such as the Women In Green Breakfast, Executive Lunches, and The Awards Dinner added an extra layer of enrichment to the day, leaving a lasting impression on all who participated. The event garnered widespread acclaim on social media, reflecting its resounding success and its valuable contribution to the technology community.

CAPITAL-e took the reins of the global roadshow event, "City x City," in Singapore. We meticulously planned and executed various elements of the event to achieve Braze's objectives:&nbsp;<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Build Brand Awareness: We designed an immersive experience that showcased Braze's innovative solutions and demonstrated their commitment to customer engagement.</li><li>Generate Pipeline and Bookings: Our team implemented strategies to attract and engage potential customers, supporting a robust pipeline and accelerated bookings during and after the event.</li><li>Customer Engagement: We provided a platform for attendees to connect with Braze executives, fostering valuable interactions and enhancing their understanding of the Braze ecosystem and products.</li><li>Industry Insights: City x City in Singapore featured insightful breakout sessions, where attendees learned how the region's leading brands stay ahead with brilliant customer engagement strategies. This knowledge-sharing element added significant value to the event. &nbsp;</li></ol>

What We Did

Our efforts yielded remarkable results of 100% satisfaction. Braze conducted post-event surveys, and 98% of surveyed attendees (as of 30 October, 2023) expressed satisfaction or high satisfaction with the event, reflecting the success of our execution. &nbsp;
