The Zendesk Showcase landed in cities across the globe to bring customer experience leaders together for talks, the freshest product updates and stories from innovative brands who make the most of their relationship with Zendesk.
The challenge was to inspire the audience and make their brand pop in the absence of a physical product. Giving rise to extra creativity within our team and the working relationship with the client. The result, was a never before seen show floor with custom built booths and meeting spaces which highlighted the brand’s strong style guide and message in a physical environment. Thought leadership and trendwatching was included as a way to add colour and support to their vision.
Both the Singapore and Melbourne showcases had a record number of attendees. Our creative build and thoughtful layout encouraged customers and prospects alike to engage and converse in a more meaningful way. As the customer experience is the core of Zendesk's values, this was imperative to the event. Both events surprised and delighted the audience and left a lasting impression, even without a physical product to see.
