The ServiceNow “Thank you to our Innovators” Happy Holidays DM campaign was made up of 600 customers within the APAC region, segmented into 200 gold and 400 silver recipients.
CAPITAL-e responded to the brief with a focus on providing sustainable, functional and practical gift options and messaging with a playful and fun undertone.
With a focus on global alignment, CAPITAL-e presented a strategy and a solution to roll out an Australian take on the USA campaign. The USA campaign consisted of branded Christmas sweaters (gold) and knitted beanies (silver) whereas CAPITAL-e delivered customised ServiceNow Christmas rash shirts and bucket hats.
Followed by the exciting challenge of executing a sustainable and reusable packaging option within budget that incorporated subtle notes of design from both gifts.
